Shipping
Orders are dispatched from LODGE MILANO SL (Paseo de la Castellana 194, 28046 Madrid, Spain) through the carrier assigned per shipment. All parcels are carefully packaged for safe delivery. The specific carrier and tracking reference are communicated by email once the order leaves our warehouse.
Delivery times
- USA: 3–5 business days
- Europe: 5–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, customs procedures, remote destinations or force majeure. Total delivery cost and estimated date are shown before checkout.
Customs and import taxes (non-EU destinations)
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees applied by the destination country. These amounts are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price shown at checkout.
Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
Customers residing in the European Union who are acting as consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day of receipt of the goods, without giving any reason (Articles 102 et seq. of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, transposing Directive 2011/83/EU). To exercise it, send a clear statement to info@lodgemilanoandco.com, or use the model withdrawal form set out in Annex B of Law 3/2014.
The refund is made using the same payment method within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return, provided the goods arrive unused, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return costs are borne by the customer, save when the return is due to an error or a defective product.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to made-to-measure goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or goods that are, by their nature, inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.
Voluntary return policy (all markets)
In addition to the mandatory EU withdrawal right, LODGE MILANO SL offers a voluntary 30-day return from receipt for eligible items purchased from any market, provided that:
- The item is in original condition with tags attached.
- The item has not been used, altered or washed.
- The item is not one of the categories excluded from return (see below).

Legal guarantee of conformity
For consumers in the European Union, LODGE MILANO SL guarantees the conformity of the goods for a period of three (3) years from delivery, under Royal Decree-Law 7/2021 (transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771). The guarantee covers manufacturing defects; it does not cover damage from misuse, mishandling, normal wear and tear or accidents.
Damaged or defective items
If the goods arrive damaged or defective, please contact info@lodgemilanoandco.com as soon as possible from receipt with your order number and photos of the item. We will arrange replacement, repair or refund of the amount paid, in accordance with applicable consumer law.
